Background:

pon graduating, Nik Sabrina chambered with Ariff & Co. and subsequently joined as an Associate.

She has experience in conveyancing including preparing and reviewing sale and purchase agreements, tenancy agreements, disposal and charges of properties relating to Islamic and conventional financing.

In addition, she is also the Corporate Secretary for the numerous companies which are represented by Ariff & Co. She assists clients with the incorporation of companies, issuance, transfer and allotment of shares, winding up companies, preparing statutory documents and compliance with the Companies Commission of Malaysia requirements and the Companies Act 2016.
